He is the visionary Founder Dean of the School of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and has previously served as the President of the Electron Microscope Society of Thailand. His leadership extends to roles such as the Honorary and Founder President of both the Thai Association of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine and the Association of Thai Aesthetic Medicine. As an Advisor Dean at MFU, the Thailand Representative, and Head of International Faculty at IEBDAMS, his influence is global. Dr. Okkar Kyaw Khant, affectionately known as Dr. Noah, is a dynamic Aesthetic Physician and Dermatologist whose extensive education and experience span continents. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Medicine, Mandalay, and has further honed his expertise with a Master of Science in Dermatology from Mae Fah Luang University. His business acumen is evidenced by an MBA from the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce, complementing his medical knowledge with strategic insight.
Dr. Noah's credentials in aesthetic medicine are certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and his impact extends beyond treatment, with roles such as the Senior Medical Field Officer for the Australia Aids Myanmar Snakebite Project. Dr. Pakhawadee Palungwachira, M.D., Ph.D., is a highly accomplished medical professional renowned for her expertise in emergency medicine, toxicology, and dermatology. As an attending physician and ACLS instructor at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, she plays a critical role in emergency care. She holds the position of Assistant Program Director for Post-Graduate Training in Emergency Medicine and also serves as a part-time lecturer and thesis examiner at Mae Fah Luang University's School of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
Her impressive educational journey includes a Ph.D. in Dermatology from Mae Fah Luang University, a prestigious International Medical Toxicology Fellowship at Emory University, and certification from the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Pakhawadee's professional experience extends to clinical toxicology consultancy and numerous certifications in life support and emergency care.

Dr. Phyo Zaw Aung (Dr. Patrick), MD, MSc, SCE (Dermato), RCPUK
Dr. Phyo Zaw Aung is an accomplished medical professional, specializing in Dermatology with a passion for medical education and health communication. A graduate of the University of Medicine, Mandalay, Myanmar, he furthered his expertise with a Master of Science (Dermatology) from Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. In October 2023, he has successfully passed the Speciality Certificate Examination in Dermatology by the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdoms. Dr. Patrick has an impressive proficiency in research, manuscript editing, and document composition in both English and Burmese.
He currently serves as a Program Manager and Lecturer at P.Paula International Aesthetics Anti-Aging and Hair Transplantation Academy. Additionally, since 2017, he has been shaping the future of medical education in Myanmar, training over 500 students through his private academic center, Oasis Medical Education (https://oasismedicaleducation.online).
His medical journey includes a part-time role as a Medical Officer at St. Veria Charity Clinic in Mandalay and an internship at the University of Medicine, Mandalay.
